Google Adsense - Double Standard

After weeks of waiting, finally I got my Adsense application status from Google. Unfortunately, it was a "rejection or I do't want you" status. Following is the contents Google mailed me:

Hello Herman,
Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense. Unfortunately, afterreviewing your application, we're unable to accept you into Google AdSense at this time. We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.

We don't currently accept sites devoted to programs which compensate users for clicking on ads or offers, performing searches,surfing websites, or reading emails. This would include, for instance, "Pay to Read Email" sites or sites that compare "Pay to Surf"programs.

To me, that is fair enough since that the contents on my blog is mostly about GTP Programs and links to them. Not satisfied with the email, I then tried to google on "Google adsense on PTC Blog" and the result, most of the site/blog have google adsense on it. This site contents is almost 80% on PTC / PTR / GTP programs!!!! So, how do Google Justify "We don't currently accept sites devoted to programs "??? and if google really approved such site, then that's double standard. Or maybe these people have ways to overcome google's T & C. Please, if anybody out there that have same experience as mine, please share it here.

Wow!!! Ever wonder why so many people claimed and boast around that they have made big in such a short time (though some are genuine) through Google Adsense, which in actual facts that they are not?
Most of their site will have a screenshot showing their earning through Adsense to prove that they are hitting big just to get the traffic in their account. Well, I found the trick when I was googling around this morning and spotted it at tenthofmarch blog. With just a few lines of java scripts and hitting enter key a number of time, you will get $1,000,000,000 in your Google Adsense report. The report generated is just a trick, not the actual amount. What are PTR Programs ?
PTR stands for Paid to Read. A PTR program is a website where members earn money for reading email and visiting advertised websites. Becoming a member of a ptr site is free. The many emails they send, all come with a link that needs to be clicked in order to visit the sponsored website, and to get credited for doing so. When you visit the website there will be a timer on top of the page, and when it expires you will receive a fee in your account. The value of this fee depends on the type of advertisement, and the program itself. Usefully the value of one email is between 0.01 – 0.25 cent. Please be aware that there are programs out there, that promise their members $1 or even $100 emails, but these programs are definitely not going to pay you, just be wise in joining them.

Where Does the money comes from?
Advertising. Eversince the existence of communications, advertisment had effectively played its part in promoting a company's sales and increased its volume. Till today, advertisement still able to maintain its role in promoting and increasing sales in many companies. Most programs will require their members to open a Pay Pal account. It works as your payment channel / processor where you can send or receive your money securely.
